SEARCH CANDIDATES
Search Candidates through a variety of parameters including Full text search in Resume for keywords.
This helps you reduce time to search many folds.
After you search, the resume synopsis of all candidates are displayed in a single page for you to screen candidates again helping you save time.
You may go through the full resume only if you feel the profile is good.
